Cohen & Steers Infrastructure Fund (UTF) Announces Terms of Transferable Rights Offering

Any thoughts? I have 125 shares of UTF and have the opportunity to avail of the rights offering of 1 share for every 5 I own. The purchase price is based upon a formula equal to 95% of the average of the last reported sales price of a share of common stock on the NYSE on 10/15/25, and each of the four preceding trading days (the "Formula Price"). If, however, the Formula Price is less than 90% of the net asset value at the close of trading on the Expiration Date, then the Subscription Price will be 90% of the Fund's net asset value on the Expiration Date.
