I’m currently paying double mortgage payments to pay my home off asap. I am projected to pay it off in roughly 7 more years. I am contributing to retirement accounts at this time as well.
I want to use my brokerage account to payoff the house sooner and maybe withdrawal the funds in 4-5 years to complete the payoff and bridge the gap sooner.
Currently holding Googl, VOO, QQQM, and SPAAX. Any additional thoughts on a moderately aggressive taxable portfolio. Currently holding roughly 10K in it and would like to grow to 150K in 5 years while contributing 2K a month towards it.
