I have stock in a company which has delisted from the market, what happens now?

I have stock in Dewhurst Group PLC. They have recently delisted and now it has been moved from my ISA to a normal trading account and says it is worth £0.00.

I hadn't realized this was happening and have missed the deadline for accepting the tender offer. What can I do now?
