Rebalancing retirement account question

44M currently 100% in Vanguard VTIVX target date 2045 (46.9% US stocks, 32.3% Int’l stocks, 14.6% bonds, 6.1% cash) with 15.8% return YTD

I have about $650,000 in 403b and $250,000 in 457b. I started contributing later in life but currently max out both accounts ($23,500 each) and employer matches another $23,500.

I’m not sure how to exactly compare the returns over the years against the S&P 500 but can’t help think that I missed out on bigger gains if I had more US stock exposure.

My questions are:
Would you move one or both accounts to a 100% stock portfolio? Alternatively, would you keep the current allocation and only move future contributions for bigger stock exposure since I still have 20+ years to go?
If so, which funds would you choose? They offer small/medium cap, int’l and real estate but my preference would be one (or combination) of the following large cap funds:

Vanguard Value Index VIVIX (little to no tech)
Vanguard institutional index VIIIX (medium Mag7 exposure)
Vanguard growth VIGIX (Mag 7 heavy)

Thank you, any input is appreciated
