What does it mean if “percentage owned by institutions” exceeds the 100% mark?

I was looking on yahoo finance to see what is up with EA after the Saudi take over news.

I wanted to see if insiders or institutions would control the vote.

To my surprise, it lists the stock as 107% owned by institutions.

How is this even possible?

Are there more votes than shares, perhaps?

Or is this a simple data error?

Saudi control over EA seems bad, and I wonder how likely the shareholders are to vote NO on that.
