hi! i’m a 20 yr old graduate student who was lucky enough to hit big with the crypto and options market the last few years, about 2.5 years of doing it and over $500,000 made. ( huge chunk of this money was made in the last nine months off of crypto)
i own land / airbnbs and some gold and wanted to get into more physical investments. is there anything that has a high ROI / expected ROI later down the line? I have no partner so my taxes are filed as one individual. Should I stick to my current schedule of just digital investments with the occasional physical?
I don’t really like having all my money on digital and would like to have an even split of physical and digital
