Moved to Egypt but still a US citizen... Am I able to claim a USA address?

So I am from USA but I moved to Egypt a few months ago. My parents still live there.

I have an ETrade account from when I lived in USA and I wanted to know if I open a Premium Savings account, for an address, could I put down my parents' address? Or do I need to put down my Egypt address?

If I put down my Egypt address, I don't know if I will be able to create an account.
