UNH down nearly 50% in a month — what’s your fresh take?

UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) has taken a massive hit this past month, dropping from nearly $600 to just $308 — a 47.22% decline. It closed today at $308.01, and after-hours trading pushed it even lower to $283.13 (down another 8%).

This kind of move is rarely seen in a major, well-established healthcare giant. The chart looks brutal — sharp plunge in late April and continued bleed through May.

What’s going on under the hood here? Is this:
• An overreaction to short-term bad news?
• A structural issue in the business or reimbursement model?
• A long-term buying opportunity for value investors?
• Or is there more pain to come?

Would love to hear the community’s take — both fundamentals and technicals welcome.
