How do I help my sibling be financially literate and start investing?

Hi everyone!

My sibling is turning 18 in a couple of months.

How can I help her become more interested in personal finance and investing?
I want her to understand how money and investing work, but it doesn't seem that she's interested in listening because she doesn't understand the importance. She works in a typical teenage minimum wage job and doesn't think that she needs to concern herself with money and investing because she's not rich and doesn't have millions to invest in the stock market.

I started investing when I was 18 and had as much money as she has today, and I'm glad that I started investing when I did.

I really want her to start learning about money and to start investing the moment she legally can open her own investing account, because I understand that this knowledge will pay dividends for the rest of her life and make her and her future family better off, but I don't know how to make her interested in learning it.

The thing is that I learned what I know from YouTube and different personal finance channels there, and when I turned 18, I already knew what investing is, but I doubt she'll watch those videos. Is there any way to help her want to learn on her own? Maybe you know what good Instagram or TikTok profiles she could follow to start getting exposed to that world?

Any suggestions, please?

Thanks!
