When do you take profits on your positions?

I have several positions that are up over 20%. Do you have any rules you apply to when to take profit?

Or do you have a specific target in mind with each position and you hold and effectively auto sell once it is reached?

I’m interested to hear about people’s process for selling as I have generally tried to be consistent and cautious but some positions are up quite a bit.
