Yesterday I tried logging in to my Robinhood account, but it said “Your login couldn't be completed at this time. Please try again shortly.” So I tried again later. Got the same error message. Thought maybe their site was just down for maintenance. Tried again today, same thing. I’ve tried on both their website and app and get the same error message every time. Tried it on two different devices. Same error every time. I thought maybe I was typing in my password wrong so I changed my password. Same error message still.
I tried contacting support but apparently the only way to contact support is to be logged in and go to settings in your account. I tried calling their support number but there is no human or help. Just an automated voice saying to use the app or site to contact support. But it’s not possible to contact their support without logging in.
I was able to find one Robinhood page about reporting scams that said to email support@robinhood.com. I did, but I’m not very confident that I’ll actually get a reply.
Has anyone else had this issue? How do I contact support? Thank you to any help, this is starting to concern me quite a bit.
