Has anyone heard of smartlab. International. My Dad just invested a sizeable amount into it. Did he just lose his money?

Like the comment says. My Dad is going to Europe and said he needs to update his financial documents he gave me in case he passes as he made a sizeable investment in smartlab.international. He is retired, has a pension so will be okay but he could pay off my house with the amount.
