I just learned of it. It markets itself as a research firm and journalist that specializes in finding publicly traded companies that are actively and intentionally being untruthful about material facts of their business, in an effort to appear more profitable/healthy than they actually are. This normally results in artificially high stock prices. The research is offered for people who want to short these companies, to bet on them failing, or at least declining, once the smoke and mirrors clear out. It’s backed at least in part by Mark Cuban.
Has anyone had any experience with? Does anyone know whether they have a profitable track record?
