Headlines, news and opinions are all over the map, but please scan my context a little to understand the situation.
I am a real estate guy so I have equity in my properties.
I have healthy reserves I will keep in cash.
I have about $50,000 that I am considering putting in the stock market across ETFs, individual stocks, and maybe some crypto.
My thought process is to invest this money into the market and keep it somewhat liquid for when the day comes I want to jump on a real estate deal.
I think this is a good opportunity while the market is down for me to get a more serious start in the stock market that I will continue growing through DCA into the future.
I understand intelligent investing, and not taking too much risk, but I feel I am in a position where I can take a little risk to try and solidify our position while I’m just waiting.
Some people say the new trade deal with the UK shows a promising future for tariffs and the market, while others believe it’s a ticking time bomb and everything is eventually declining.
I’m interested to hear what you all think about jumping in now or are you worried about the future?
