I've never invested in anything before. My parents stayed at this guys beach house on vacation and he owns multiple properties. They got to talking and he said this is a business venture of his. I could buy the house, I think the title would stay in his name, but I collect profit from the renters who stay in the house. One house would generate approximately $25K in revenue a year. I have over $200K in the bank but don't have any investments. Should I do it?
