Everyone is saying there is no way China comes to the negotiating table. If that is consensus, which it is, then we will likely see China come to the negotiating table very soon. I've been severely attacked and called all kinds of names in the last few days for daring to even consider that is possible. Yet, it will happen. When the Herd all believes one thing, the opposite usually happens.
