Being Rational as an Investor

Hi! I am curious what strategies you use to be more 'rational' investors... by rational, I mean not getting fear of loss, not being overconfident when you shouldn't be, etc. By strategies, I mean checklists, some software tools, journaling? Other than looking at data.

Maybe there are good books, resources or courses on that?

Some good investors use checklists. But I wonder whether anyone used some more modern tools for that? Or maybe you don't need them?
