What are your favourite ETF's, Indices or Conglomerates with highest returns?

There are a few that seem to outperform the SPY, and I was curious which ones you may use. Specifically, I'm trying to build a robust portfolio of these investments for relatively safe and steady returns. Right now I have BRK-B and CWS, I'd be curious what you've found.
