Does anyone invest in BOXX ETF? It looks great. Stable returns with LTCGs tax treatment. There are articles which describe it as in violation of the tax code, or that earnings may be declared ordinary income. Does anyone have any info on this possibility? And what would happen if, two years from now let's say, the IRS finds that it is ordinary income. Would that require you to refile your taxes for every year you have owned BOXX or would it just be a change going forward?
