Over 4 years I've earned an annualized return of 19% Looking for criticism

Over 4 years ever since GameStop I got into investing to harness volatility out of the market. My strategy involves having an account that is a minority Canadian dollars around 30% on average and I'm trying to get closer to 50% Canadian dollars. The rest of my account involves holding on to volatile assets that I think are going to survive in 5 years. The examples include energy stocks, cr*pto and tech stocks, as well as a couple of meme stocks.

I have a program that watches for changes in the stock market and will just tell me to rebalance my account when the account is sufficiently out of line that a trade would result in some amount of profit for myself. I have a video explaining this in more detail --- https://youtu.be/bDjMluR3NFM?si=i_GKHJ6grKEwzCDD

I'm confused why the strategy isn't used more prevalently. The implementation is little complicated but the returns are just really good, at least historically. Also, because I hold a large amount of Fiat, during a downturn, I won't feel the effects as heavily

Are there some holes in my strategy that are obvious to you but not to me? Why hasn't this obvious strategy been completely taken advantage of already?
