Not sure if this has been asked before but as I know Vt is about 65 us and 35 international because it tracks the market cap of the world public stocks.
Let’s say Germany replaces Us for example becomes 60 percent of the world’s market cap, will Vt transition to 60 percent Germany and 30 percent rest of the world?
