I missed the lows earlier this month. Seems like things have started making a turn for the better.
If you were a novice that only should be in ETFs at this point, when would you feel comfortable moving some of the money from SGOV into the S&P or other ETFs?
Seems like some of the seasoned investors were planning on staying on the sidelines for awhile - at least that’s what I was seeing in this subreddit before the market’s been positive for the past week or so.
