Avoid Moomoo financial.

I wired funds. Funds cleared. I bought securities. Trade confirmation email.
Few days later when I tried to log in, I got an error that I am not allowed to access my account.
When I tried to call them, after talking to three agents, they all told me they cannot help me, cannot transfer, and someone will call me in three days (no info on what time, what #, what name). Expectation is that I sit and wait for a call from random # in the next three days. They also said they have no information on my account but they also don't have any info of what type of department can help me.
Later that day, they emailed me saying they need me to provide selfies, IDs and bank statements from my personal checking account. All seems really weird.
Now they are saying they are sending my money back to the account I funded from but they are not sure when that will be. And not sure what they will do with the securities I have purchased.
