Does anyone else remember those “investing” scam ads from the early 2000s?

I remember seeing ads on TV that said things like “when the market goes up, your money goes up. When the market goes down, you don’t lose money.”

They seemed to be most common, ironically, around 2009. Does anyone remember the names of the companies or have tapes of those commercials? I’m doing some digging into old investing scams, but unfortunately most of what I can find from that time references Madoff, which is not what I am looking for.
