About to get an $80,000 settlement payout. What do I do? (20M)

I was recently rear ended very badly and am currently finishing my physical therapy for some very severe spine manifestations.

I will be receiving an $80,000 payout, and I would like some suggestions on what to do with the money.

I'm in college so I would like to use a little of it to pay off my student loans ($15k left) and I've also looked into dividend stocks and selling options but I want to know if it's even worth investing in this volatile market.

Any thoughts? Obviously I've got a lot of life to live so if I invest it properly I could be set.
