So i created an account for fundrise, the online investment platform that focuses on real estate and such couple years ago but never actually put any money into it, I was thinking on actually doing something with it and have done some research, but figured I'd ask for opinions here first.
So for anyone who has or still uses fundrise, please tell me, do you reccomend it as a great way to build passive income, or is it a bad way to invest.
