Most of you will just blow me off but I really am looking for a way to capitalize on the market leading trends I see without having enough capital to be the initial investor.
I don't care if you believe me or not but I've been right about so many long term trends that have potential for financial gain but I never know how to capitalize on them without being the initial investor or the business behind it.
The most straightforward example is my desire to invest into hydrogen power/cars and etc. I believed this back in 2004/5 but was still in highschool at the time and not even thinking about investing, you may laugh but look at the timeframe I'm talking about.
The most far out example is how I see future living/apartments. If I somehow had the capital id build the first one but I don't so how I do I put my my money behind the first people that closely resemble what I'm thinking? How do I make sure I see them when it happens?
In summary I feel like I'm really good at picking up changes on the distant horizon but I have no idea how to capitalize on something like that? How do I connect with people who are the same if I'm not the financial backer?
And yes I'm wrong a lot too but I'm right more than wrong and I don't know to capitalize on it.
