Lower 401k contribution to pay off mortgage and/or invest in a second property?

Normally the answer to this question is no, but in light of the current uncertainty, would the better play be to reduce 401k contributions down to the employer match and pay off my mortgage (4.125%). I could pay off the mortgage in less than 5yrs.
Or I could instead put that money into a second property (which I would use part of the year and also rent out).
I currently have just under $1M in retirement savings (age 47).
