If an average of X gained per year over a long period of time. Or when SPY is $1,000/share and it "dips" to $912/share people will be saying buy the dip, compared to how that's way more than it is now.
Just wondering what it all means, price wise, how sustainable is it for everything to gradually trend upwards?
I'm sure your parents/grandparents remember paying $0.25 for something that is now several dollars
Just seems funny for gas to eventually triple what it is now, or VOO being close to $1,500/ one share, or a house to be over a million that's currently at $300,000
The numbers may not
Seem funny now, but
Just seems so strange to see say California minimum wage $25 and gas at $9/gallon. That'll all seem normal though since it's gradual?
