I don't know if there's any greater addiction in the world today than ascribing 4D chess strategy to this reality show host. This guy has been talking about tariffs since the 80s because that's when he learned about them (back when the US had a semblance of a manufacturing industry). It's a great way to sound smart without any work, so he's just kept it.
Now he had the opportunity to try them out, and it failed spectacularly. And because he is *such* a pussy at his core, he broke when it didn't all magically work in 3 days. Those Communists are sooo much harder than him.
Now it's the same playbook from 30 years ago. Call an embarrassing loss a win. Except two months from now when there's two slow news days in a row, he'll trot it out again with Canada or France or whoever. **Because he is gaping, seeping wound of need.** More than anything related to pump-and-dump or, god forbid, *economic policy*, the attention of the world on him this week is like *drugs* to this man. It will happen on and off for the next 4 years, even when the GOP advantage is demolished in '26, because he cannot resist the feeling of everyone looking at him, even if what he's doing is shitting his own pants.
It's crazy that millions of people cannot truly grasp how broken this person is.
