Trust in the US agreements

Realistically, how much trust do you think other countries place in agreements with the US under this administration? I know that we're the biggest market in the world and that we still have a tremendous amount of sway, but at some point, do you think more countries will follow what China is doing and just stand firm? I mean, it costs time and money for a country to change its economic policies daily/weekly, it seems like, eventually, countries will just tariff US goods even if we drop our tariffs on theirs since, more than likely next week, we'll just put the tariffs back in place. It's exhausting for me to watch. It must be exhausting for other countries to deal with. So, do you think everyone will just keep playing this game, or do you think we will see some more unified long-term stances from other countries?
