Exited to cash before the crash. Do I DCA now or stick it all back in now?

So, a couple of months ago I exited most of my positions to cash based on a few things that made me think a crash was imminent. Now the 'Vanguard FTSE All World' ETF has just hit its 200 week moving average, I bought a little bit back into that and also into a FTSE 100 ETF. I still have most of my cash on the sidelines as I feel that this could be the beginnings of a bear market rather than a quick dip. Of course, nobody has a crystal ball, but what would you do in my position?
