Basically title. I will be getting an inheritance soon which will see me zeroing out $78k of credit card debt and having enough left over to start and max a Roth IRA for this year and set up a CD ladder which will cover the next 10 years' worth of annually maxing the Roth. I have about 25 years before I will be old enough to start withdrawing. Is 50/50 VOO/SCHD and chill still a viable move? If not that, then what?
