Wait till the bottom crashes out to complete 401k rollover or do it now?

I requested a rollover to my 401k right before the tariffs hit. Should I wait until the market really crashes out before sending it to my new 401k or is there some hidden disadvantage to not sending it now? (i also am not sure if I must send it to my new investment firm within a certain timeframe.)
