Where to invest a million dollars. Medium- high risk.

Hey guys,

I just sold my junk metal business for around 1.4M after taxes, legal, and other fees I net right around 1M. I have mixed feelings about the sale, but I was getting pushed around by a competitor and I had spent over 100k on legal fees fighting a lawsuit ultimately I had to sell. Also had to sign a non compete, so I cannot enter this business.

Context: I own one rental house (literally 500 bucks is cashflow, but making equity. Plan is to use as primary after getting married), and live with my parents. Early 20s. Single.

My point being is I have very limited expenses and a lot to live.

Tell me what I can do so I can make 500k+ a year. I’m not looking to buy stocks or do anything safe, I’m wanting high risk high reward.

Also nothing that I just invest and wait 50 years, I want something that cashflows as it will be my primary source of income. I’m fine not making anything for 2-3 years but after that I need cashflow.

Location: Dallas, TX.

Thanks.
