I have investments accounts for retirement but I’d like to buy a few shares of a stock and just hold onto it for now. Don’t want to use a broker. I’ve looked at Computershare for the purchase but concerned about the recurring fees. I just wanna buy a few shares of a stock and hold onto it for a while not trade it or sell it. I don’t wanna be charged a bunch of fees for holding onto it. I just don’t know what a recurring fee is in this circumstance. Could someone explain? Thanks all- from an illiterate hopefully future individual stock owner.
