I currently hold about 15% of my portfolio in VTIAX. It has returned around 5% per year over the past decade including dividends of about 3%. VIHAX pays a dividend about 1.25% higher and it has gained in price performance about 1.5% per year over VTIAX. I hold this fund in an IRA. Should I exchange for VIHAX despite a more expense fund fee of about .17% vs. .09%. Or should I go for another international fund or abandon it all together for some other fund?
