I am very new, was wondering to know what should I do with $80K-$100K cash.
I want to be safe as well, not a very risky moves. Stock, Crypto, or put a down payment to get a business loan ( to buy a car wash for example) or put some of that money to get a loan for a multi family rental? I can move to any state if I have to
