How to protect our savings from inflation during the Trump Tariff(TAX) era.

I am 68 years old. I thought I had enpough $$$ for my sexy wife and i to survive untill death. Then Trump came along with all these wacky taxes. Please I am not trying to get rick I just want to protect what I have from these crazy tax policices that are causing extraordary inflation. Any Ideas?? Please Make Amerka Great.....Again!!!!!!
