Hey guys. 22, single, no kids, no debt. I'm really worried about my future. I've worked super hard to get where I am at salary wise so I know I deserve it.. but I don't even make 300k/yr yet (270 to be specific). I just inherited a 4 bdr house from my grandpa, but don't worry he's still alive and really healthy actually. Pawpaw just decided to gift it to me because of how desperate and in need I am. Also my parents only give me 15k a month to live off of so they can continue to claim me as their dependent for tax breaks and are like super loaded from old old money. So even though I'll always have them as a safety net while they're around and not have anything to worry about when they're gone - I'd really appreciate it if everyone here could take some time from their already busy lives to spoon feed me advice for how I can survive this situation with the best advice internet strangers can give. I mean sure, I could just ask easily piece together some smart next steps from all the wealth of gen AI tools available today but I've gotten really used to not having to do things for myself so that would bum me out. Thanks everyone and of course you too JC.
