What is a good iShares Etf for europe in euro currency that has dividends in the companies?

So I am 23, living in germany and doing a scholarship, putting 300€ aside specifically for my portfolio in trading 212 since end of february. Got like 750€ invested right now. I was wondering which iShares ETFs are good longterm that also have companies in it which pay out dividends so I can reinvest them and grow my portfolio? Something in euro currency would be beneficial to avoid the fx of another currency.
