Will one be taxed for transferring money from one mutual fund to another?

One has a mutual fund that they made money on. Will they be taxed if they move the money from one mutual fund to a different mutual fund?

Also: Will they be charged in any other way for taking the money out of one mutual fund and putting it in another mutual fund?
