I'm thinking of managing my own investment portfolio. Any advice?

So I inherited some wealth from a deceased family member in December 2019 and I have been getting more and more confident in moving all of my assets to Fidelity, they are in Merrill Lynch right now but I don't want to keep paying 1.25% AUM fees unless I absolutely need to. I have a cash management account (CMA) with some stocks, bonds, mutual funds, a certificate of deposit, and some fixed income. I also have an Inherited IRA (IIRA). So far I seem to have good investment ideas, the 3 times I have chosen some specific strategies they have all payed off significantly (setting a sell limit on NVDA and gaining 180% back in 2021, investing in AMD and NVDA just before the AI bubble started and making some massive gains there, and a quick buy and drop of tech stocks when Nvidia had their stock split which gained about 30% in a week). My investment advisors constantly note how my strategies pay off and they even ask me about the details of my strategies from time to time, but they also are being a bit shady to keep my assets under their control to maintain their AUM fees. I'm just wondering whether or not it is too terribly difficult to manage an IIRA on my own, the Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) being my primary concern. I intend to just boglehead on the CMA (SPY, VTI, VXUS, BND) and sit tight until I see another possible short-term strategy to try out again. Is it very difficult to calculate an RMD on my own? I don't want to screw up the tax side of things, which is basically the only reason I keep the advisors around, but I don't think they are worth anywhere near what they charge. The CMA should be straight-forward, but do you guys have any advice on how to manage the IIRA. Feel free to give any comments about my CMA/IIRA, I'm just trying to not screw anything up while distancing myself from the overpriced and seemingly minimally useful advisors at Merrill Lynch.
