I'm looking to a crowd funded real estate construction program where you can purchase $100, $200 or $500 worth of project shares and get somewhere around 300% ROI after/per year or so.
So let's say you invest $500, by next year you'd have $2500. By the time you invest all that again you'd have $13,000 by year 2 or so.
Is this a good ROI based on the time it takes to get to it? I used to do RE sales but never really explored other investment options.
