what is the best broker that I can use as a person outside the US to buy stocks with Visa or USD-T

I can't use IBKR even though I have an account I can only wire transfer money to IBKR which will take 25 dollars at a minimum and the last time I got a wire transfer my bank rejected for security issues and I ended up being charged 65 dollars for intermediary banks because of the transfer being sent and returned and I lost that money ofc because of my country's shitty laws.

I need something trustworthy and I can use it from any country (my country isnt sanctioned or anything I have access to IBKR already)
