I’m young (19)!!! But want to start investing early. I’ve got a job that pays $20 an hour. I work 24-30 hours a week while door dashing on top making on average an extra 200 bucks here and there. I want land that I can use for hunting(which means it isn’t cheap) but also land that will gain value through time (looking between 5-10 years nothing more) where do I buy this land? Should I pay in full? Do I save and buy the land I’m wanting or buy land out in the middle of no where. There’s a few listing in my state (Idaho) that are just straight desert there cheap with lots of acres but in the butt crack of nowhere. Do these plots build value over time or is it just throwing money away.
