I have ran my $100,000 up to $600,000 with multiple long only, heavily concentrated positions - Can I start a hedge fund?

I have ran my $100,000 up to $600,000 with multiple long only, heavily concentrated positions, so can I start a hedge fund?

This has been over 5 years of trading with multi year positions that were heavily concentrated, for a an average hold time of 2 years.

How is it going to be possible for me to start a hedge fund because I have already outperformed virtually all of them. I have done over 2X the SP500.

It just seems that so many hedge funds have mediocre performance. For example, the treasury secretary Bessent, his hedge fund has had terrible performance - so how was he able to raise so much money?

It seems like so many terrible investors can successfully raise money, so I am just wondering how I can, because I actually get good results.
