Hey everyone, I’m 23F and recently came into some money that I want to put to work in forex. I’m completely new to trading, so I’ve been doing my homework and putting together a strategy.
Here’s my rough plan:
- 50% in major currency pairs (because stability isn’t boring when it pays)
- 20% in euro-based trades (can’t ignore one of the biggest players)
- 15% in emerging market currencies (higher risk, but big potential)
- 10% in a strong reserve currency (because safe havens exist for a reason)
- 5% in high-volatility plays (just enough to keep it exciting)
I’m in this for the long haul and plan to keep adding as I go. Does this sound like a solid game plan, or am I setting myself up for a hard lesson? Be real with me—I can take it!
