Which fund should I choose for my company 401k in Vanguard?

My job provides me with a 401k through vanguard. They'll match "Company match of 50% of the first 8% of your eligible pay that you contribute"

Heres the link that shows what funds im able to choose via Vanguard. Any tip on what funds i should be doing? This will be for the long run, im currently 33.
