I have $2,200 to invest in my retirement account. Which fund should I go with?

I am not wired for investment stuff, so a lot of the choices I've made have been based on tons of research through Google University and Youtube. I have been really lucky that my Roth IRA account overall has remained in the green for years.

I just sold off some stock last week and ended up with $2,200 from the sale. I want to put my money in one of two places, and I don't know which is the better option to park my money:

* **SPY SPDR S&P 500 ETF TRUST**: Currently $564 per share. I have 6.224 shares. I've held this since 2021 and have made $630 so far. I can afford 3.9 shares
* **SWLGX Schwab US Large-Cap Growth Idx**: Currently $109.40 per share. I have 10.561 shares. I bought this in December, and it has lost $134.96 in value since then. However, it has had very steady growth over the past 5 years. I can afford 20 shares.

What is the better option to go with?
